My Practice Method

  • IDENTIFY

    With a comprehensive history, standard labs and functional labs, we identify the key components of what’s at the root of your health concerns.

  • REFLECT

    Next, we’ll review your labs and symptoms. We’ll reflect on what’s working well and what may be blocking you, and create a plan to address any obstacles we discover.

  • REFINE

    The last step? We set you up to continually refine what we’ve learned about you. Think of this as your new beginning. You will know so much more about what supports your body, you’ll thrive.

My Manifesto

I have a manifesto when it comes to the Whole Health approach to medicine. It goes a little something like this:

  1. The way I practice doesn't always fit the standard paradigm of medical care, but the interventions are backed by research.  

  2. I'm a big-picture thinker

  3. I've been trained to see patterns in health vs disease.  

  4. I know what symptoms are connected to each other and how the choices we make every single day affect those symptoms.  

  5. I get to the root of the issue and work up from there. 

  6. You get better when you take a step outside the box from time to time.

  7. When you invest wholeheartedly in your health, the benefits improve quality of life across the board

  8. I stand firmly at the intersection of the Science of Medicine and the Art of Medicine.

  9. The health of our bodies is inherently intertwined with the health of our planet and the whenua.

  10. The health of our people is inherently intertwined with the health of our community and whānau.
