  • Not Your Mother's Perimenopause

    This is NOT your Mother's menopause: If you are 35+, you'll want to come to this one. Perimenopause is the transition back to not having periods, and there are 4 distinct stages. Know what to expect and when, and how to stay strong and healthy through the transition.

  • Shift Your Exercise and Nutrition in Perimenopause

    Perimenopause: What used to work probably isn't giving you the same outcome. Learn how to modify your exercise routine and your nutrition for this life-changing hormonal transition. If you have not attended “Not Your Mother’s Perimenopause”, please consider getting the basics before coming to this class.

  • Sync Your Exercise with Your Menstrual Cycle

    You know how working out can feel a bit different depending on the time of the month?  There's science behind those energy and performance fluctuations you can incorporate.  Bring your period tracker if you have one.  This class is suitable for anyone with a period (even if it's missing/irregular).

  • Somatic Stress Relief and Release

    Spend an hour learning a complete menu of hormone-friendly stress management tactics that you can implement immediately. You will learn the basic pathways your body uses to react to, so you can identify when to intervene and reset.  We will go through a gentle beginner 7-pose flow you can do nightly to help your body let go of the day's stress.

  • Seasonal Mood and Energy Support

    This class is part of my new Deep Dive series where we explore more important health topics, in-depth.

    What this class is NOT: a bunch of hacks to increase productivity.

    What this class is: a toolkit for working with bodily changes that happen every winter. We will learn how to make the best of our energy availability and elevate mood during our darker months.

  • Embodied Puberty: A Class for Kids and their Caregivers

    Learning together, we will talk all about bodies, what's happened in the past year, and what to expect in the coming months. The class is for kids and their caregivers, with a focus on the changes kids with ovaries go through in puberty.

  • Eating to Decrease Inflammation

    From digestive issues, to headaches, to terrible periods and optimal exercise recovery, eating in a way that decreases your overall inflammation is a potent tool to have in your Kete. You'll leave this class inspired to create meals that are nourishing and healing for your body and mind.

  • Fourth Trimester: Nourishing You & Baby

    What happens to our bodies as we transition from pregnancy to postpartum? This class will cover how to help your body heal from pregnancy and birth as you continue your journey of supporting you & baby.

  • Your Heart's Wellbeing

    It’s never too soon to consider the measures you can take in your day-to-day that improve your heart’s health. There are a number of research-backed habits you can implement to protect it from the windows of vulnerability we experience as we age.

  • Special Topics: PCOS & Endometriosis

    These two health conditions can take, on average, 7 years to reach diagnosis from the onset of symptoms. Whether you have a diagnosis, or are in the work up process, or you just want to learn more about these conditions, come along.

  • Better Sleep, Naturally

    I have 2 top priorities in my practice for people to do: Poop Daily, Sleep Nightly.  Those are the foundations of getting anywhere with your health. This class will cover effective and safe ways to get to sleep and stay asleep. We will cover the underlying reasons why your brain may not be able to settle overnight, and you'll have some new ideas to start getting better quality sleep overnight.

    There are a number of issues that may cause incontinence and pelvic pain. Learn about the pelvic floor anatomy and how to keep your muscles healthy, strong, and working FOR you.

    I'll also teach you a 10 minute pelvic floor flow that you can do daily for best results.

    As frustrating as it can be, brain fog and changes in memory affect up to 80% of people from the onset of perimenopause and beyond. In this class we will cover what's normal, what's not, and what you can do to keep your cognitive pathways running smoothly.
